
About Gemma Lane
Gemma Lane is a highly experienced and passionate Somatic Yoga Teacher. She is trained in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha yoga, Yin and Restorative yoga, Chair yoga, Family yoga, Couples yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness practices, as well as expertise in Trauma Informed practices and Somatic Movement. She has led diverse yoga programmes for emergency services, community based classes, grief, trauma and chronic pain clinics. Conducted regular classes focusing on specific injuries. Designed and delivered targeted rehabilitation sessions for specific areas such as groin, hip, back, knee and shoulder. Facilitated weekly stress relief classes fostering a calm environment for mental well-being.
With over a decade of experience, Gemma has helped countless individuals find peace, balance, and healing through the transformative power of yoga. She believes that yoga is for everyone and is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Gemma's classes will leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

In person Community Yoga Classes
Join our community yoga classes at East Worthing Baptist Church during the winter months and Beach House Park in the summer, everyone is welcome regardless of their ability. We offer classes Wednesday's from 7-8pm and Saturday's from 8.50-9.50am. The fee is only £8 per person per class, so book your spot now and let's start your yoga journey.
